PATTERN INFORMATION
This classic raglan pullover is worked in the round from the top down in stockinette stitch. After the yoke is created, the front/back are joined with added stitches cast on at the armholes and worked in the round to the hem (no body shaping). Stitches are picked up around the armholes for the sleeves, which are then worked in the round (decreasing) to the cuff. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neck to create the collar. It features a single rib hem at the bottom of the sweater, the collar, and cuffs. The entire sweater is knit with Highland Wool held double throughout. The bottom of the sleeve and hem feature marled knitting and are created with a dark and light color held together. Just above the hem/ cuff, is a triangle motif that mimics snow-capped mountaintops.
This sweater is intended to have 5-10 cm / 2-4” of positive ease.
