ABOUT THE PATTERN

Stoneheart Slipover is a simple slipover that can also be used as a top. The slipover is worked with one strand of each yarn quality held together. It is worked top down with saddle shoulder increases and short rows to create a good fit. Once the increases are complete, the work is divided into front and back while working the armholes. Then the work is joined again, and the body is worked in the round on a circular needle. Finally, the work is once again divided into front and back to create a small slit in the bottom ribbing. Then stitches are picked up along the armholes and finished with a ribbing.
