PATTERN INFORMATION

The rug is worked in a single piece, seamlessly forming both the center and the petals. The additional features such as the cheeks and eyes can be sewn on or securely attached with fabric glue for extra convenience. The leaves can be added to make your design even cuter, but you’re welcome to skip them if you prefer a simpler look.

The pattern includes a bee rattle you can sew in place for stability, or insert magnets (one inside the bee and one on the flower) to transform it into an interactive play mat for little ones to move the bee across the petals.
