Waist circumference: 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 cm/20.5, 20.9, 21.3, 21.7, 22.1, 22.4 inches.

Use the elastic band to adjust the waist after measuring the child’s waist to make sure it fits.

Most children love Christmas time and the anticipation leading up to it.

With this Bobble Joy skirt, I have tried to recreate this sensation of anticipation.
